The Endako Mine is a surface molybdenum mine located near Fraser Lake, 100 miles northwest of Prince George, British Columbia, and has been in Care and Maintenance since 2015.
Source has been engaged by Nadleh Whut'en and Stellat'en First Nations to provide ongoing technical support. Our work provides a comprehensive mine reviews, including but not limited to evaluating closure bonds, addressing concerns related to ML/ARD impacts, assessing potential contamination risks to the local waterbodies, and mitigative measures.
Additionally, Source has been conducting reviews of the annual reports on behalf of the Nations, providing comprehensive analysis to support informed decision-making and the protection of environmental and community interests.
